  • Review and verification of the submissions by the on-site superintendent

  • Daily briefings from superintendent to subcontractors

  • Daily communication from the on-site superintendent to the director of field operations

  • Communication to architect via R.F.Is

  • Weekly job site visits from the project manager

  • Weekly quality control inspections performed by the director of field operations
